CrossFit Osan offers classes five days a week, three times a day.

Monday:          0530, 0700, 1730

Tuesday:          0530, 0700, 1730

Wednesday:   0530, 0700, 1730

Thursday:        0530, 0700, 1730

Friday:              0530 & 1730

CrossFit Osan welcome all athletes regardless of experience or fitness level.  

 

CrossFit is universally scalable.  If you can't conduct a movement, no worries.  We will work with you to get you there we will find a suitable substitute.

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports."

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
